Calls for tender with a value exceeding €140,000 are advertised in this section once they have been published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) database, the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union dedicated to public procurement. It is the tenderer’s responsibility to check for updates and modifications during the tendering period in the eTendering platform.
The documents will be visible and downloadable, but in order to use some options on the eTendering platform, users will need to log in (create ECAS account, see below). Once logged in, users have the option to `subscribe` to a call for tender which will mean they receive notifications for events like the publication of new documents. Moreover, this will allow users to ask questions related to the call for tender.
NEW: To enhance efficiency, EFCA requires now electronic submission of tenders for open calls through an e-Submission online system. A link to the e-Submission application is made available on the eTendering platform for each on-going open call.
You are requested to create a European Commission authentication system (ECAS) account in the system in order to have access to e-Submission. See ‘How to create an ECAS account’ for more details.
